Neighborhood Falmouth Staff

Candice Geers, Director of Neighborhood Falmouth

Candice comes to Neighborhood Falmouth with a wealth of experience and positive energy.  Most recently, Candice was the Business Development and Marketing Manager for the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) where she engaged new members and sold event sponsorships and print advertisements in their semi-annual shelter magazine.  She was also instrumental in the recent Falmouth “Blitz Build” done in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

Prior to her role with HBRACC, Candice worked in the greater Boston area in a variety of managerial roles in advertising/sponsorship sales organizations including WGBH and the Boston Globe.  She has earned her MBA from Babson College and a BA from UMASS Amherst.  Candice is a Massachusetts Notary Public and a Justice of the Peace.

Now a full time Cape Cod resident, Candice lives in Mashpee with her husband, Tim.  They have 2 grown children and love the Cape lifestyle including golfing, boating and beaching.

Sarah Rogalewski, Volunteer Services Manager

Sarah comes to Neighborhood Falmouth after a long career in both Customer Service and Office Management. She brings years of making strong connections with people in a way to best serve businesses and communities alike. Sarah is looking forward to aligning with the mission of Neighborhood Falmouth and helping to enrich the community through her volunteer service work and in conjunction with the many people who help to make that happen.

Sarah lives in Woods Hole with her family and two dogs. When not coordinating volunteer efforts for Neighborhood Falmouth, you will most likely find her at her Reiki/Coaching studio, gardening, at the beach or relaxing on the front porch with her pups!

Jamie Thibodeau, Office Manager

After moving to the Cape in 2013, Jamie shifted her career focus from digital project management to the nonprofit sector. She was most recently communications manager for ALS Family Charitable Foundation.

Jamie lives in Falmouth with her family and pets, enjoys vegetable-forward cooking, gardening, bayside beaches, and being a hockey-soccer-lacrosse mom to her young son. She is grateful for the opportunity to support the mission of Neighborhood Falmouth.
